Keeping Kids Healthy One Day at a Time (VIDEO)

I’m not a perfect mom by any means but I do try to get my kids to eat healthy. I make an effort to get them to eat more fruits and veggies each day, but if you know kids, it’s not an easy task. One doesn’t like strawberries, the other one wouldn’t get near a piece of broccoli if his life depended on it and getting the little one to each anything green is definitely a challenge. Some days we do great and others…well, we fall a little short to say the least. Life gets busy and sometimes the fruits and veggie count is down like the stock market for the day. Like I said, I’m not a perfect parent so I just try better the next day and find healthy foods that they will eat. If they eat the healthy food option when persuaded…great! If they ASK for it…it’s a homerun!

Recently I found a homerun food that my kids LOVE! It’s healthy, easy-to-eat, perfect kid-size and…wait for it…my kids love it!
