| Full Review: Puzzles are a great quiet activity that can provide your child with hours of fun. Infantino provides some of the best puzzles for children 1-6 years old that we have come across. With 15 different, educational puzzles to choose from, you will probably want to get more than one. The quality of these puzzles is superb! The puzzles all have large sturdy pieces made of a heavy cardboard that are perfect little preschooler hands. With such durable pieces, these puzzles will last a long time. Not only are the puzzles fun for kids but they are loaded with educational benefits. With the variety of puzzles, your child will develop hand-eye coordination, practice matching and problem-solving, improve their powers of observation and identification, learn number counting and shape sorting, improve shape and letter recognition and much more. Each puzzle has a theme with different educational benefits such as the Matching Colors and Textures Puzzle will introduce basic colors, patterns and textures. The Peek a Boo Animal Puzzle will develop problem solving skills and hand-eye coordination by having your child match each of the twelve animal grown-ups with the appropriate home or habitat. Peek a Boo Animal Puzzle We love this puzzle that has children matching each of the twelve animal grown-ups with the appropriate home or habitat. This puzzle is suggested for 1- 3 years old and will help children develop problem-solving skills, improve hand-eye coordination and identify animals and their babies. Instead of one large puzzle, it will have your child matching two pieces together creating 12 separate matches. Once each match is complete, a special surprise awaits them as they open a “magic door” to reveal a baby animal. Instead of matching habitats, our testers liked to open all the doors first and match the babies with their moms. We did find this puzzle too challenging for our testers under 2 but it is still great for mom to teach the young ones the different animals and their babies. We highly recommend this puzzle! It makes a great gift! | ||
