| Full Review: My son loves to play with this as a toy and has for months but never worked for putting him to sleep. He was very distracted by it and I had to turn it up very loud to get over the motor sound. He would watch it and start to nod off but when it would stop it would startle him. He liked to watch it when he was awake and laying on his blanket to play. I battery was not a problem since it was not used often. I am finding the same results for my 4 month old daughter now. | ||

| Full Review: This crib toy is great. Our daughter loved to watch it, and as soon as she could reach the button, she started turning it on herself. My only complaint is that it drained batteries so quickly. But, then again, what kid toys don't these days? | ||

| Best: The nature sounds. I actually have to watch out not the fall asleep myself to this. The music is cute and all, but the mode with rainforest sounds only is the best!!! | ||
| Worst: Battery consumption. It gets drained really fast if you put it on the full light and sound mode (invest in rechargeable batteries, totally worth it with kids!). Also the mechanical noises of the monk | ||
| Full Review: As many parents we tried a lot of different tools to help our baby go to sleep easily... You name it, we have it! Though with perspective we realize that there is nothing really that works forever and that every child is different... Still, we kept the rainforest in his crib. We don't really use the full light and sound mode at all times. Even though many babies are very much lulled by the whole show (our child's friends included), ours is not. He is distracted by it, and just wants to play with it. So we only put it on rainforest sound and no light or motion. It's pretty much our white noise machine. It turns off after about 20 minutes, so it's prefect for us because we wouldn't want it on during the whole nap or night, but that depends on how you might want that. IF you need it the whole nap, for example, then you would need to hit the button every 20 minutes. It might be a con for many people then. Some people would say that it might be easier for us to use a cd of rainforest sounds, but our baby (11 months old now) likes to put it on himself, so he has access to the button and it's great for everyone involved. It helps him go to sleep, it's a reassuring sounds by now. But it also helps in the morning when he wakes up and we can't quite get out of bed as soon as he wants us to. He puts on his little machine on his own, and plays with the toys that he has access to. Overall, I really like this thing, my kid likes it, his friends love it, so what more can we ask for!? | ||
