I’ve never really been a make-up collector. I like make-up, I wear it weekly, not daily, and I do have my personal favorites, but my heart belongs to moisturizer. That’s where I consider myself to have a wee bit of expertise. I’ve tried a good portion of the Target aisles and the department stores too. Plus, moisturizer is the base of all make-up success so it’s the one thing I make sure to put on each morning (night too!).
Now, over the years I have gotten much better at reading labels and being conscientious about what my skin is soaking up and today I wanted to share 5 of my favorite moisturizers. Currently, I’m actually toggling between them all in my moisturizing routine!

No End Naturals is run by a good friend of mine and I’m tellin’ you – it’s the ultimate. All natural, ORGANIC ingredients from a mama shop who truly knows a thing or two about healthy skincare. I feel confident putting it on me and my kids and I’ve seen it smooth out rough spots and clear up rashes in a jif. Love this thick cream for a nighttime mask or just days at home when I’m skipping foundation.

My grandma used Oil of Olay for years and I have fond memories of its texture and scent. You know how smells can just take you back? This does it for me. Therefore, I still purchase it – I’ll probably die with a jar of Oil of Olay on my vanity. It’s just part of who I am. And, you can’t beat the price or the super moisturizing feeling due to its thickness.

Trader Joe’s Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Trader Joe’s, $6-15
I cook with it and smother it on my body on the regular. Yes, coconut oil is one of the most versatile things to keep around your house. I love it! Again, another good one for the kids!
