Crockpot Tortellini Sausage Soup (VIDEO)

Autumn is in full swing which means that your slow cooker has probably made an appearance or two in your kitchen lately. With the weather turning cooler, a slow cooker (or as many people just call it a “Crockpot”) is the perfect dinner appliance because it allows you to prepare dinner in the morning before the after school rush gets crazy and you can make some pretty awesome meals with very little “cooking” on your part. Plus, it makes your house smell amazing all day long.

In today’s Baby Gizmo Video, I’m showing you how easy it is to make Crockpot Tortellini Sausage Soup, and one of the reasons I love this is that it gets my kids to willingly eat spinach! Win-win. 🙂

One (1) lb Italian Sausage

One (1) 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini

One (1) 10oz bag fresh spinach

Two (2) 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes

Two (2) 15 oz cans chicken broth

One (1) 8 oz cream cheese

In the video. 🙂
