Gifts for the Tech-y Dad

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not very creative. I struggle at each holiday to plan gifts for my family and friends. I have to keep a running memo in my phone of gift ideas throughout the year, because otherwise I never think of anything.

With Father’s Day coming up soon, it is time to brainstorm gifts yet again! If you have a tech-y dad, or a technology loving husband, here are some great gift ideas to consider.

 

1. For the busy Evernote using Dad: Moleskine

This game is a competitive multiplayer video game available on PC, Playstation 4, and XBox One. I know nothing about this game, but my husband and his friends say this game is awesome. $58.99 on Amazon.

For as little as $50, you can purchase a highly rated tablet for your husband, or dad, to enjoy. This includes Amazon Underground, which gives access to a ton of actually free apps. Prices range, but start at $49.99 on Amazon.

5. For the TV loving dad Amazon Fire Stick

We’ve used other Tv streaming devices, but none we like as much as the Fire stick. If your guy has subscriptions to premium channels like HBO and Showtime, or streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu, then they will love the Fire stick. It has a ton of features, and can even stream live TV. $39.99 at Amazon.

6. For the forgetful dadTile

Tile is a handy app that allows your to attach small tiles to valuable, beloved items to locate them if they are lost or forgotten somewhere. Think keys, briefcases, cameras, laptops, luggage… if you can attach a tile, you can use it! From $25 in the Tile shop.

7. For the photo loving dadLG Printer

The Pocket Photo Printer from LG is the perfect companion for mobile photo printing. It is lightweight and compact, and easy to use. $159.99 at LG.
