Have a handmade back-to-school — fun school finds from Etsy

I love handmade items. In fact, ever since the introduction of Etsy.com, life just seemed to get better and shopping for exactly what you WANT got to be¬†way too much fun and my PayPal account can definitely attest to that. Knowing that not every kid in school wants to be seen with the same Toy Story backpack or animal lunchbox as the kid sitting next to them in class, I was thinking that maybe we should make our shopping a little more original and one-of-a-kind. That’s why this week after assessing all the trends from both the boys and girls at school, I’ve revised my shopping list to include a few fun handmade items that you can only find in one place…on Etsy, of course! Let’s take look at what’s hot….

Back-to-School Handmade Clips, $10 for set of 4, from GenevaDiva.

Personalized Nap Mat, $45, from EmbroideryOutlet.

Multicolored Striped Toddler Backpack, $32.99, from leonandcoco.

Bug Bag Zipper Pouch, $14, from MinnieBites.

Personalized Clear School Backpack, $26, from PinkPolkaDotPosh.

Reusable Snack/Sandwich Bag (BPA free), $6, from EverSewClever.

Giraffe Pencil Case, $12.50, from HeavenlyCreaturesArt.
