LIVE Facebook Potty Training Chat Giveaway

potty training

We all know that potty training isn’t easy. If you don’t, you will. For the majority of parents, potty training take a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get the job done.

To help you out, we did a LIVE Facebook Q&A Chat today all about potty training with tips and tricks to get the deed done a little easier. We aren’t miracle workers but we hope that this chat helped you out. If you are past the potty training stage, therefore making you a master at potty training, and still attended our LIVE chat to share your wisdom, thank you!

Just like many of our LIVE Facebook Q&A Chats on Fridays, we have a giveaway for you. Well, it’s actually THREE giveaways just to up the ante this time.

Three lucky winners will each receive a Sesame Street Elmo Adventure Potty Chair by Kolcraft! That’s right, this whole chat was Kolcraft’s idea and we were so happy to be part of it because there are so many parents looking for potty training help.

Here’s the thing, when kids are excited about potty training, they do so much better and the process is easier. So, with an Elmo potty, what kid wouldn’t be excited about that?!?

For Boys to put Cheerios in their potty so they learn how to aim…but they should come with the disclosure to do this only after your kid is a little older & can actually aim! LOL at least I tried! hehe

Wait until they are ready AND use a reward system.

When potty training my older kids I would set a timer every 20 minutes through the day and take them and sit them on the potty for a few minutes, after a few days they began to recognize the need to go potty. I now have a 2 year old who is about to start potty training soon! I hope he is as easy as the others were.

A potty training tip that I have heard of is when they go potty, give them a treat; such as, m&m’s.
