Mini Silicone Popsicle Molds For Your Little One

Sharing is caring!

Recently, there has been an increasing amount of information released on why plastics in the home are bad for you. In light of all the Facebook posts information I’ve been reading, I’ve decided to try and slowly cut down on our use of plastic.

We make a lot of popsicles, especially during the summer months, so I recently purchased these silicone mini pop molds from Zoku. They are great! They are just as adorable in real life as they are in the picture.

This comes in a tray of 9 molds and 9 drip guards, and is BPA and phthalate free. They have a 2/3 fl oz capacity which is small, so they are suitable for a baby or toddler. For an adult, you’d really need to eat two or three (not that I’d know) or just buy the adult version.

So we hopped to work. Blended some watermelon and poured it right in. Added the drip guards and froze them overnight. Don’t have time for blending? Pour in some juice. Or some yogurt! Whatever you put, it’s guaranteed to be delicious. And adorable.

Ta-da! 9 popsicles ready to go. These babies “pop” right out- notice the bottom has pushed itself out. No need to run anything under water or pull hard to remove. Great design by Zoku.

Of course, they were delicious. I handed one to my two year old daughter and one to my 9 month old son. I think I got a whole two minutes of silence before the toddler started talking about how delicious they were. This popsicle tray from Zoku currently retails for $17.99.
