Petunia Pickle Bottom starts their Semi-Annual Online Sample Sale today! This twice a year sale runs from Oct. 15 through Oct. 20 and allows customers to purchase slightly imperfect samples or discontinued overstock items at 30-70% off. Not only is this a great sale for Petunia Pickle Bottom lovers but the main purpose is to raise money for charity.
This week’s sale will benefit The Hands and Feet Project, which is a small orphanage in Haiti that was started by the rock band Audio Adrenaline in 2005. They currently care for 40 abandoned children in a family-style village in Haiti with the ultimate goal to duplicate the orphanage/village all over impoverished nations. Recently Haiti was hit with back-to-back hurricanes including the big ones Gustav and Ike which destroyed the orphanage they have worked so hard to build. It’s a big setback and Petunia is on a mission to help them rebuild. Petunia will do this by matching dollars that shoppers donate during the Outlet Sale at the time of purchase. Petunia has pledged to donate $10K regardless of additional donations from shoppers.
