I’m doing my good deed of the year by sharing this downright heavenly recipe with you all today. This may just be the best thing I’ve ever made. When my husband tried them, I swear to you his eyes rolled back in his head and he almost fainted. They are THAT good. I made these recently for a family get together along with a bunch of other treats and these were the first to go. The combo of the chocolate and peanut butter is so good, the pretzels give it a good crunchy kick, and don’t get me started on the sea salt- the best!
Ingredients for Brownies-
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
-Simply dump all of those ingredients into a bowl and mix them together.
-Your mix should be of a nice, blended consistency like the above picture ^^
-Line your baking pan with wax paper and pour your batter in. Set aside.
Ingredients for peanut butter filling-
4 TBSP butter, melted
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
-Mix all the peanut butter filling together with a mixer until it’s all well blended and creamy.
-Pour the peanut butter mix on top of the brownie batter and then use a knife to swirl everything together.
-Take pretzel sticks and layer them on top in whatever pattern makes you happy. Just remember that you’re going to have to cut these babies up so try to arrange the pretzels in a way that will make it easy for you to cut squares out of them.
-Make sure to sprinkle ground sea salt on top of the mix! This part totally makes the brownies!
-Bake them in a 325 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
-Let them cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting them and enjoying!

- half tsp salt

- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
- 4 TBSP butter, melted
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- You will also need ground sea salt and thin pretzels.
- Mix all of the brownie ingredients together.
- Pour it into a baking pan lined with wax paper. Set aside.
- Mix the peanut butter filling and pour it on top of the brownie mix.
- Use a knife to swirl the two together.
- Layer thin pretzels on top and then the ground sea salt
- Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40-45 min.
- Let cool for 30 min then cut and enjoy.
