Spotlight Product Review (VIDEO): Mountain Buggy Free Rider

The Mountain Buggy Free Rider just launched and we’d just like to say it is keeping our toddler hip and cool!  The Free Rider is a a hip stroller board that converts to a free-standing, three-wheel scooter.  It attaches easily to the Free Rider connector on the rear axle of your Mountain Buggy stroller.  Then with a push of a quick release button, the scooter detaches from the stroller to be used as a fun, free-standing scooter.

The Free Rider features an anti-slip grip pad to keep your little one’s feet in place and a rear wheel brake for using in free-standing scooter mode.  It also sports a clip-in handle bar that easily pops off so that you can fold the Free-Rider up against the stroller (and out of the way) when not in use.

The Free Rider is recommended for children up to 4 years old and 44 lbs.  Our 4 year old tester has a blast on the Free Rider.  Since he has recently outgrown the full-time stroller riding days, the Free Rider is perfect for him to hop a ride for when he needs a break from walking.

*The Free Rider is compatible with the entire Mountain Buggy range – swift, urban jungle, terrain, +one and duo. Most of Mountain Buggy’s earlier models – swift, urban, urban elite, double urban are also compatible EXCEPT the early breeze and terrain models (which both have the lock front wheel).
