It was quite challenging to remain in “high spirits” (pun intended) during my pregnancy with my son due to the line of work I was in at the time as a wine and spirits publicist. The Apricot Gingerini was one of my absolute faves during the more nauseating times of my first trimester and I enjoyed toasting my first Mother’s Day with a “Mom”osa. I also served some of these mocktails at my son’s bris for myself and my fellow pregnant and/or nursing moms.
