Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 pkg Smoked Bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Set out frozen tater tots to defrost for about 15 minutes. Cut bacon into 4 sections. You’ll need to probably use the entire package of bacon to make enough tater tot bombs for people to enjoy.
  • Cut about 4 pieces of cheese slices into tiny, tater-tot-stuffing pieces.
  • Cut into individual tater tots one slice down the center. (See video)
  • Slide one piece of cheese into the tater tot.
  • Wrap the tater tot with one piece of bacon.
  • Dip the bacon wrapped tater tot in the bowl of brown sugar.
  • Set on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and repeat the steps with all the tater tots and bacon that you have.
  • Cook the tater tots at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Turn the tater tots halfway through baking (at the 10 minute mark) to evenly cook.
  • Remove from pan and enjoy.
