Brown the ground beef. Add the taco seasoning. Cook for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Place a large tortilla on a plate. Scoop 2 tablespoons of nacho cheese sauce and spread in a circle in the center of the tortilla. Scoop 1/2 cup of ground beef onto the top of the cheese.
Top with tostada shell.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream on the tostada.
Sprinkle lettuce, cheese and tomatoes on top of the sour cream.
Top with a smaller flour tortilla.
Tightly fold the edges of the larger tortilla in making pleats in a circle.
Flip over onto the pleats as soon are you are done folding to keep it all secure.
Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Set in the air fryer seam side down and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the Crunchwrap and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Repeat making the Crunchwrap Supremes with the remainder ingredients and cook one at a time in the air fryer.
Notes
The regular Crunchwrap Supremes are usually made with giant flour tortillas that are bigger than normal burrito tortillas. If you can’t find those tortillas, you can do what I did and just use a burrito tortilla and a small taco tortilla on top. It works perfectly well.
Crunchwrap Supremes are great served with Mexican rice or veggies on the side.
If you have people who don’t like sour cream or lettuce or tomatoes, you can easily customize your Crunchwrap Supreme to accommodate your family.
