Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

Instructions
 

  • Mix the first 5 items in a blender, then add the last 3 and blend again.
  • Over a heated and coconut oil greased griddle, scoop pancake batter with a 1/4 cup measuring scoop. This recipe works best for smaller pancakes 🙂 When you see small bubbles – flip and allow to cook for another minute or so.
