This Crockpot Lasagna will switch up boring old lasagna to serve something different to the family.

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 1/2 cups onion chopped
  • 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup V8 Vegetable Juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups uncooked shell pasta

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  • Add all the ingredients (EXCEPT THE WATER AND PASTA!) to a slow cooker. Stir.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours OR on high for 4 hours.
  • Add pasta and water.
  • Cook for 30 more minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy. I always serve the Lasagna Soup with garlic bread or french bread.
