Snickerdoodle bread made with the inspiration of our favorite snickerdoodle cookies.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Mix in flours and baking powder. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts. Your heavenly snickerdoodle bread batter is complete!
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
While it bakes, mix remaining 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
When a knife comes out clean, remove your snickerdoodle bread from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before turning your snickerdoodle bread out of the pan. Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar blend. Add remaining chopped nuts to the top as well.
