Ingredients
  

Cake Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • half cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Ingredients for Filling

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix all cake ingredients together.
  • Mix all filling ingredients together, separately from the cake ingredients.
  • Grease a 9x9 pan.
  • Layer in this order:
  • Half cake mix, half filling mix, half cake mix, half filling mix.
  • Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
