  • refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and sliced
  • peanut sauce
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 green onions diced
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 tbsp peanuts roasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro


  • Heat olive oil in a stovetop pan and cook chicken, seasoned well with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and slice. It’s also an option to skip this step and use sliced rotisserie chicken.
  • Roll out pizza dough on a circular pizza pan or stone. Spread peanut sauce on top, layer sliced chicken and top with 1 cup of mozzarella. Sprinkle on half the green onions, bean sprouts, and carrots. Add 1 cup of mozzarella. Add the rest of the green onions, bean sprout, and carrots as well as the peanuts. Drizzle with peanut sauce.
  • Bake at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
  • Remove from the oven and add chopped cilantro. Serve with a side of peanut sauce for dipping.
