Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto well-greased griddle.
  • Cook pancakes on first side for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles appear throughout. Flip and cook for 30 seconds-1 minute. Top butter with a dollop of butter and real maple syrup.
