Mix butter and sugars in large bowl with stand mixer or hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Gradually add in dry ingredients into butter mixture until completely. Carefully stir in chocolate chips and MallowBits.
Drop 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough onto baking sheets. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 5 minutes; remove to cooling racks and cool.
Notes
Like I said, no need to chill this recipe. I find that the hot chocolate cookies come out perfectly if you don't chill the dough. You can if you want to though. You do you.
DO NOT USE SUGAR FREE HOT COCOA MIX! This is a very important as the sugar free mix will change the taste of the cookies and not in a good way.
Carefully stir the Mallow Bits into the dough as not to crush them.
