Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 1 stick butter - melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups 12-oz. pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts!
  • 1/2 cup seedless red raspberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until completely combined. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with morsels, coconut and nuts. You can use pecans or walnuts. The original recipe calls for walnuts but I used pecans and it worked out great. Press the mixture down with your hands.
  • Microwave jam in small, microwave-safe bowl for 25 to 30 seconds; stir. Drizzle raspberry jam evenly over mixture.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Enjoy.
