Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Chop up 16 “Fun Size” Butterfinger bars.
Cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl. Add the vanilla and eggs and mix until blended.
On low add your dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking soda) and mix.
Stir in your chopped Butterfinger. Spread in a 9×13 baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes until center is JUST set.
Remove from oven and cool completely. Top with Butterfinger Buttercream Frosting.
Butterfinger Buttercream Frosting
Cream the butter until smooth.
Add in the powdered sugar and blend until smooth. Add milk.
Stir in your chopped Butterfinger. Spread on your cooled bars
.
Notes
Depending on how thick or thin you'd like your frosting, you may need a little more or less milk.
