Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples peeled and grated
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook grated apples in 1 tablespoon of butter until soft.
  • Combine dry ingredients flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  • In another bowl mix milk, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon
  • Combine all ingredients together including cooked apples.
  • Melt butter cook pancakes 2-3 minutes per side.
