I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that it is already back to school season! Why does summer fly by, year after year? Why can’t winter fly by and summer drag?
Ah, I digress. It’s big, exciting times in our household – my son, my first born is starting school for the first time! He’s very excited, although I don’t think he totally understands what’s happening. Each time he’s visited his future school it’s been to play, and I’ve been there – so it’ll be a shock to him when he is exposed to the structure of school without me nearby! He will be great, though, and I can’t wait to watch him grow this year.
In order to get him amped up and ready, we’ve been working on some simple crafts with a “Back to School” theme (even though he’s technically going for the first time, not back, but it’s close enough). Here’s a few great back to school crafts for you to do with your children!
