CYBEX LIBELLE SEAT
The Cybex Libelle seat accommodates from 6 months up to 55 lbs unless using the included car seat adapter which makes it suitable from birth. The seat measures 14″ wide, with a 19″ seat back and a measurement of 26″ from back of seat to top of canopy. There is a 5-point, padded harness that is very easy to adjust with a strap system (similar to an infant car seat). Also, an adjustable leg rest keeps your little rider comfy. The recline has a strap system but the stroller doesn’t have a very deep recline so the seat itself is recommended for 6 months and up.
LIBELLE CANOPY
The canopy isn’t the biggest on the market with just two panels and no peek a boo window. This is pretty standard on a super lightweight, travel stroller and we assume Cybex was trying to save weight with the smaller canopy.
HANDLEBAR
The handles are not adjustable on the Cybex Libelle but they are taller at 41″ from ground to handles.
STORAGE
There is a basket under the seat that accommodates a small to medium diaper bag and is accessible from the back or front of the stroller.
STROLLER WHEELS
The Cybex Libelle rolls on 5″ hard rubber wheels and features front wheel suspension. The maneuverability is good and since it’s a travel stroller, the smaller wheels are best on smooth surfaces.
HOW TO FOLD and UNFOLD the CYBEX LIBELLE
The fold and unfold is where the Cybex Libelle really shines! It’s one of the main reasons (besides the lightweight frame) to purchase this stroller. The two handed fold is so easy to do: you push the two white buttons on the handles, push the handlebar in a downward motion as the stroller starts to fold and then rotate the handles in to finish the fold. There is a lock that keeps the ULTRA small package folded. The stroller only weighs 13 lbs so it’s super great for travel.

OVERALL IMPRESSIONS OF THE CYBEX LIBELLE
The Cybex Libelle was designed as an ultra-compact, lightweight travel stroller and it excels at that. It’s not a full-featured, do-it-all stroller and we are okay with that because we know what it is. It’s a TRAVEL STROLLER. It doesn’t have the biggest canopy or the deepest recline BUT it is one of the lightest, most compact strollers in the world and fits into an overhead compartment on an airplane. We found the seat to be roomy enough for a child up to 4 years old and we absolutely love that there are 7 colors to choose from – PINK IS OUR FAVORITE!
