  2. I have found a combination that really taste
    Good and hopefully healthy.
    I stay away from spinach (kidney stones)
    1/2 small apple (pealed)
    1/2 small orange (pealed)
    1/4 cup celery
    1/3 cup carrots
    1/4 small cucumber
    Hand full of blueberries
    1/2 keewee
    These ingedeants I freeze (I make 4 bags at
    A time)
    I put a bag in the frig an hour before mixing.
    When I put the contents into my “nutr:bullett”
    I add
    1/2 tlbs ground flaxseed
    1tsp cinnamon
    2 tlbs clover honey
    1 large banana (pealed)
    Fill to “fill line” with pineapple juice.
    Blend till smooth. Makes 2 14oz drinks
    Tast great and has to be healthy.
