It feels like yesterday that I gave birth to my daughter. But, apparently, it was eight years ago! Eight whole years! Wow! This year, for her birthday, she browsed Amazon all on her own for birthday gift ideas. I showed her how to add things to a wish list and, perhaps more important, how NOT to check out 🙂 She loved typing in keywords like “mermaids”, “unicorns” and “Disney princess” and the suggestions that popped up were a great rabbit trail of ideas. We had so much fun e-shopping and then lucky me got to surprise her with a few of her top picks!
Eight feels like the brink of something new … still so little, but maturing each and every day. If you have an eight year old girl in your life, you know exactly what I mean! In honor of that not so little, little girl, I hope you enjoy this round up of gift ideas!
