  1. Those snacks are great and believe it or not, i lost 20 pounds after i gave away ALL my junk snacks, butter cookies [i still keep the light version for my tea-times though =) ] and chocolates!

    Substituting them with lots of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and celery dipped in fatfree ranch and yummmmyyy the shakes[!!!] gave me lots of energy and made me and My husband Lose lots of pounds!

    i would add Dates into the list, they are soooo sweet and delicious and the vitamins are tremendous!!! they make a great substitute to sugar in your shakes!

  2. I agree, especially with the veggies (although, I sadly have a thing for ranch dip). I was so thrilled when a neighbor dropped off a veggie platter after my little guy was born.
