Tofu Soup From Noob Cook– I’m a vegetarian so that means I eat a lot of tofu. This recipe actually calls for shredded pork, but you could easily leave that out and make this a vegetarian soup. Even better, kill two birds with one stone by making it both ways and let everyone choose!
