Hamburger Soup From The Pioneer Woman– This hamburger soup is meaty, hearty, and satisfying! You can add whatever veggies you want to it which makes it easy and convenient!

cauliflower

Cauliflower Soup From Smitten Kitchen–  Cauliflower doesn’t get as much praise as it should, so I had to include a cauliflower soup. This tastes best with salt, pepper and some Parmesan cheese!

veggie

Vegetable Soup From Real Simple– This soup has it all. Onions, carrots, broccoli, potatoes, tomatoes, and celery. The best part is that you can leave out anything you don’t like and add anything extra you do love!

tofu

Tofu Soup From Noob Cook– I’m a vegetarian so that means I eat a lot of tofu. This recipe actually calls for shredded pork, but you could easily leave that out and make this a vegetarian soup. Even better, kill two birds with one stone by making it both ways and let everyone choose!
