My birthday is the day after Valentine’s Day, so I like to think of the Valentine’s Day cupcakes I make as my pre-birthday cake (yes, any excuse to eat more cake!). Hearts, sprinkles, sugars, pink and red candies, pink icing, red velvet, let’s face it, it’s all delicious!
