Today I’m rounding up healthy grab and go breakfast ideas for you. My husband gets up at 4am every morning for work so a big pancake breakfast isn’t always an option. For this reason, I always pre-make delicious and healthy breakfast options that he can grab and eat on his drive over. Check out some of our favorites below.
–Egg Frittata Muffins. This is my go to recipe. Make a big batch ahead and they’ll last you for days in the fridge. They’re healthy, delicious, and taste good whether you warm them up or not. Plus, you can fill the with whatever meats, cheeses, and veggies you want.
–No Bake Energy Bites. These little gems can be stuffed with any fun things you like. Think chocolate chips, craisens, white chocolate chips, coconut, the works. Heck, put sprinkles in them if you want. The perfect grab and go breakfast treat that is packed full of energy boosters.
–Oatmeal Applesauce Blueberry Muffins. These are so healthy and delicious that my husband expects them on the daily. I’ve made this recipe at least 20 times and it never fails.
–Breakfast Burritos To Go. Who doesn’t want a fresh breakfast burrito to go? Fill them with eggs and anything else you and your family like. Bell peppers, sausage, jalapenos, cheese, broccoli, potatoes, the possibilities are endless. Once they’re filled up, roll them up, wrap them, and store them until you’re ready to gobble them up!
–Parfaits To Go. These gorgeous yogurt parfaits are layered with fruit, yogurt, and granola and ready to be eaten!
