Today I’ve rounded up 10 great meals that you can make now, and freeze for later once your baby comes! I’ve got fabulous ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. I’m sure friends and family will be delivering meals when they come to visit your baby, but I still think it’s nice to be stocked up on your own home cooked meals. This way you know you have meals you and your family like on hand, plus frozen food lasts a LONG time, so the more the merrier! Keep reading and get ready to stock that freezer!
Freezer Oatmeal Cups. This easy make ahead meal is tasty, healthy, and fun! You can customize these with the specific toppings of your choice. When you’re ready to eat them in the morning, pop them out, microwave them, and add a splash of milk if you’d like!
Berry Green Smoothie. Here’s a recipe for a delicious and nutritious smoothie that you can prep, freeze, and then make when you’re ready to drink it!
Cheese, Vegetable, And Egg Muffins. Veggie egg muffins are always my go-to because I love that you can add all your favorite vegetables to them. Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge. They had me at cookie dough and then they went and added fudge to it. This freezer fudge is gluten free and delicious! Considering that it has chickpeas and dates, I’d say it’s on the verge of being pretty healthy for you too!
Banana Bites. This is the easiest recipe, your little ones will be able to practically make them themselves, and they will taste SO good! Freeze them and eat one or five at a time.
