My husband makes some mean kettle corn, but the other day, I was craving something a little bit sweeter. I was feeling inspired, so I decided to try my hand at making my own caramel popcorn. Here are eight amazing recipes I found while searching for the perfect one to try. Check ’em out!

Cracker Jack: As soon as I started thinking about caramely popcorn, I started thinking about Cracker Jack. Maybe because my husband has had baseball on non-stop for the past couple weeks? I don’t know. But I found a recipe for it and learned that it’s caramel popcorn with a little bit of molasses added. Who knew?

Caramel Popcorn Chocolate Bark: I love chocolate bark and I love popcorn, so the two together are bound to be delicious! And this is a very simple recipe, but if you prefer something a little crazier (and more colorful), here’s one with mini M&Ms and crushed Butterfingers sprinkled in.
Chicago-Style Popcorn: Well, when you don’t know whether you want something salty or sweet, this is the snack for you. Buttered popcorn mixed with cheddar popcorn mixed with popcorn. And yes, it’s a real Chicago thing; I checked.
