  1. I ALMOST NEVER buy stuff “from a box” and, thus, am always on the look out for new and tasty recipes. I cannot wait to try this one (using the milk I already have….don’t need another trip to the store today!!!)!!! I use raw, whole cow’s milk (from a local farmer with pastured cattle, no hormones, pesticides, feed lots, etc). I hope it works with this milk!

  2. I haven’t tried it, but I think it would work fine. Soy milk is also very creamy like almond milk, but I can’t say for sure. Give it a try and report back!
