In honor of St Patrick’s Day and my Irish heritage, I’ve rounded up some delicious Irish dinner recipes today! Make them for a special St Patrick’s day or just to be festive all March long.
Colcannon- Caring For God’s Gifts. Every Irish family has their own version of this popular dish that consists of potatoes with kale and cabbage. It is fluffy, buttery, and delicious!
Steak And Guiness Pie- Jamie Oliver. Irish people love meat and they love beer. Combine the two to make this delicious steak and Guinness and cheese puff pastry pie!
Irish Soda Bread- Fudging Ahead. No Irish dinner is compete without Irish soda bread that’s packed full of raisins, and won’t last long because it’s that good!
Corned Beef And Cabbage- Skinny Taste. The ultimate Irish dinner recipe that you can’t have St Patrick’s Day without!
Lamb- Dartagnan. Go big this St Patrick’s Day and make lamb! This recipe comes with a side of colcannon. So use my recipe for that above and you’ve got this meal and side dish down!
Shepherd’s Pie- Brown Eyed Baker. This is my husband’s favorite meal and his Irish wife makes it for him often. Shepherd’s Pie is easy to make and is basically everything you love combined in one casserole: meat, veggies and potatoes.
Irish Beef Stew- Simply Recipes. Something is so comforting about a big bowl of hearty warm stew! This one is packed full of beef and vegetables that will have you asking for seconds.
