The first rule of the 21 Day Fix is to talk about the 21 Day Fix, right?! Okay, maybe not. That’s doesn’t mean that I can’t talk about 21 Day Fix recipes.
I didn’t really want to go on and on about my latest weight loss and healthy eating agenda because let’s be honest, it seems like I pick a new one each January. One year it was my obsession with Title Boxing and hitting my way to losing weight.
For a few years after my 2nd son was born, it was Weight Watchers. Then there was P90x. (That one didn’t work out so well for me!). Last year was the weight loss challenge with my family. Yep, I’m clearly a serial dieter.
After a few pounds crept back on in the second half of the year, I’m jumping back on the bandwagon and starting something new. Change is good, right?!

So, this year I’m trying the ever-popular 21 Day Fix. I have a few friends that it worked fabulously for them and they lost over 20-30 lbs and look great! (If you don’t know what they 21 Day Fix is, you can find out more information here.) So, I ordered the Beachbody package that included the colored containers, workout DVD and food book.
