Crumbl Sea Salt Toffee Cookies Copycat Recipe

Sharing is caring!

We’ve been on a frosted cookie kick for a while now thanks to all the delicious Crumbl flavors we’ve been sharing. Today, we taking it down a notch and going with a more simple, but just as delicious flavor today, the Sea Salt Toffee Cookie.

Toffee Cookies in a Stack

Yep, this is another Crumbl copycat recipe but these cookies are SO GOOD that we just wanted you to be able to make your own. We aren’t saying you shouldn’t enjoy them when Crumbl features these cookies BUT they aren’t the flavor of the week (so you can’t get them right now!) and you may not have a Crumbl cookie store near you.

If you’d like to try one of our other Crumbl cookie recipes, may we suggest:  Carrot Cake Cookies, Rocky Road CookiesPeanut Butter Oreo CookiesCornbread CookiesLemon Glaze CookiesFunfetti Milkshake CookiesPeanut Butter Cup CookiesUltimate Peanut Butter CookiesCrumbl Turtle CookiesChocolate Ft. York Cookies, Crumbl Dirt Cake Cookies, Muddy Buddies, Mini Twix, or the Churro Cookies

These cookies have a traditional chocolate chip cookie base but are stuffed with buttery toffee pieces and milk chocolate chips. That doesn’t mean you can’t swap out the milk chocolate chips for semi-sweet or dark chocolate. As we always say, you do you!

We are also not making these GIANT cookies like Crumbl. We don’t like to share our cookies so we make them a more manageable size. These are technically “mini” cookies like we make with the frosted cookies but they are what we call regular, non-shareable cookies. You’re welcome.
