How to Make an Eggless Chocolate Chip Mug Cookie

You know when you really want a warm, fresh-baked cookie but you don’t really want to make a whole batch? Maybe it’s because you don’t have much willpower and will eat more than one cookie (or the entire batch!)? Maybe it’s because you just don’t feel like getting out the mixer, bowls and all the other things that you’ll end up having to wash? We don’t need any more dishes, amIright?

Well, today we have your answer!

MUG COOKIE FOR ONE!

Yep, this is a single size mug cookie that is easy to make, doesn’t create a lot of dishes and is EGGLESS!

INGREDIENTS:

4 TBSP flour (all-purpose)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 TBSP sugar

1/4 cup milk

3 TBSP creamy peanut butter (you can substitute Nutella if you’d like!)

3 TBSP semi-sweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a microwave safe mug, bowl or cup, add flour, baking powder, sugar, milk and peanut butter.
  2. Mix (a fork or wisk will work!) until batter is smooth and there are no chunks of anything.
  3. Stir in 2 TBSP chocolate chips. Sprinkle 1 TBSP chocolate chips on top.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.

Be careful taking it out of the microwave because the mug will be hot. Let cool for 2 minutes or so and ENJOY.
