twix Cookie Cups with chocolate

Twix cookie cups are inspired by the popular candy bar that consists of a crunchy biscuit covered with caramel and chocolate. The cookie cups mimic the same flavors and textures, but in a mini muffin form. You can use store-bought or homemade ingredients to make them, depending on your preference and time.

To make Twix cookie cups, you will need a muffin pan, cooking spray, sugar cookie dough (which we will make!), caramels, heavy cream, and milk chocolate chips. You can use refrigerated cookie dough or make your own from scratch. Today, we are making our own cookie base from scratch. You can also use soft caramels or make your own caramel sauce.
