Crumbl Oreo Mallow Sandwich Cookies Copycat Recipe

Sharing is caring!

Yes, I’ve heard all the chatter online, in person and in store about the Crumbl Oreo Mallow Sandwich. I’m going to go out on a limb and say it is one of Crumbl’s MOST REQUESTED cookie. People absolutely love it. I love it! It’s has an amazing marshmallow fluff creme sandwiched between two soft, GIANT Oreo based cookies. It is my favorite Crumbl cookie and I’ve had quite a few!

You know our obsession with Crumbl is very real. You know that cookie bakery that was started by two cousins in Logan, Utah in 2017. They basically hit the ground running while still attending college and created one of the most popular cookie companies in the country that got even stronger through the pandemic.

One of the things that make Crumbl so popular is their weekly rotation of cookie flavors. Each week brings 6 new flavors that people can’t seem to get enough of. Everyone has their favorites. Some flavors are brand new, some are previous flavors that have been improved or modified and some are just flavors coming back.

So that brings me back to the Oreo Mallow Sandwich. CRUMBL, WHEN IS IT COMING BACK?!? So many other flavors have repeated this year BUT the Oreo Mallow has not. It has been almost an entire year since they have featured one of their most favorite cookies. Why?!?

Well, we aren’t waiting anymore! We made our own. Yep, we made our own Oreo Mallow Sandwich so that we (and you!) can enjoy it anytime. No more desperately waiting for Crumbl to bring it back only to be disappointed every single week it isn’t in the rotation.

CRUMBL MINI OR GIANT COOKIES?

Since these are basically two cookies in one, they are hands down the best if made in mini size. Yes, Crumbl is known for their GIANT cookies and we love them for that. They are so big, in fact, they list them as 3.5-6.5 servings in their stores. We don’t play that way.

For us – one serving = one cookie!

It’s just how we roll.

This cookie recipe makes 18 cookies because I recommend making them MUCH smaller than Crumbl would. Instead of a “shareable cookie”, this is a personal cookie that you won’t feel so guilty eating. Have two, no one is judging! I would assume Crumbl uses at least 1/4-1/3 of a cup of cookie dough for each cookie and I suggest just about 1-2 tablespoons in order to make them a more manageable size.

If you prefer GIANT cookies, make only 10 cookies with this recipe. If you prefer smaller cookies, make 18 with the dough. So, you do you.
