We’ve shared Monster Cookie recipes in the past but this one is a bit different. It’s a Crumbl Monster Cookie copycat recipe that leaves out the oatmeal but packs it with tons of flavor thanks to the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and M&Ms. It’s a deliciously soft and chewy cookie that may remind you of cookies your grandmother made.
These cookies are so easy to make that from start to finish you can be eating one of these delicious cookies in less than 30 minutes.

MINI CRUMBL IS BETTER
Yes, Crumbl is known for their BIG cookies. They are so big, in fact, they list each cookie as 3-4 servings in their stores. I don’t know about you, but I hate to share my cookies. I like my own perfectly round, un-touched cookie so mini cookies are right up my alley.
This Monster Cookies recipe makes 20 cookies because I recommend making them MUCH smaller than Crumbl would. Instead of a “shareable cookie”, this is a bite-sized cookie that you won’t feel so guilty eating. Three bites and it’s gone. Have two or three, no one is judging! I would assume Crumbl uses at least 1/4-1/3 of a cup of cookie dough for each cookie and I suggest less than 1 tablespoon of dough in order to make these a more manageable size.
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE CRUMBL MONSTER COOKIES
1/2 cup Butter – The butter for this recipe should be softened and salted or unsalted will work.
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Flour – Regular, old, all-purpose flour
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup M&Ms
HOW TO MAKE CRUMBL MONSTER COOKIES
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use parchment paper or a silpat mat to line a baking sheet.
2. Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure all ingredients are blended.
3. Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
4. Add in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until flour is just incorporated. Try not to overmix.
5. Add in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and M&Ms and hand stir until it’s all combined.
6. Scoop out generous one tablespoon portions of cookie dough. I recommend a 1 TBSP cookie scoop. You can always make the cookies larger with 2 tablespoons of cookie dough per cookie but you will have to bake them a bit longer.
7. Bake the cookies at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with sea salt. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for an additional 10 minutes. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
