Oh my gosh, people! I know we share cookie recipes all the time but this one. THIS. ONE. It’s sweet. It’s salty. It’s crunchy. It’s chewy. It’s Ahhhh-mazing! Introducing the Toffee Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe that you NEED to make right away. I’m having a hard time putting into words just how delicious these cookies are.
If Crumbl doesn’t already have a cookie with toffee, pretzel and two different types of chocolate in it – they definitely should. This just may be one of my new favorite cookie recipes!
If you’d like to try one of our Crumbl cookie copycat recipes, may we suggest: Dark Dream Cookies, Sea Salt Toffee Cookies, Carrot Cake Cookies, Rocky Road Cookies, Peanut Butter Oreo Cookies, Cornbread Cookies, Lemon Glaze Cookies, Funfetti Milkshake Cookies, Peanut Butter Cup Cookies, Ultimate Peanut Butter Cookies, Crumbl Turtle Cookies, Chocolate Ft. TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHOCOLATE
Here is the part of the recipe that you can make your own. While I include big Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Grande Chocolate Chips AND dark Chocolate Chunks, you can include your favorite types of chocolate. If you like milk chocolate – do that. If you prefer dark chocolate – great option!
I just feel like these cookies need two types of chocolate but feel free to include your favorite two!

HOW TO MAKE TOFFEE PRETZEL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use parchment paper or a silpat mat to line a baking sheet.
2. Cream the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure all ingredients are blended.
3. Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
4. Add in flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda. Mix until all just combined. Do not over mix.
5. Add in the chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, pretzel pieces and toffee pieces and hand stir until it’s all combined.
6. Scoop out generous one tablespoon portions of cookie dough. I recommend a 1 TBSP cookie scoop. You can always make the cookies larger with 2 tablespoons of cookie dough per cookie but you will have to bake them a bit longer.
7. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with sea salt. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for an additional 10 minutes. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
